Today workout- overall



Memandangkan hari ni hari khamis, so gua just train untuk semua part. Tadi gua terfikir, rasanya lepas ni gua nak main weight yang berat-berat la. Tapi makan lipo je. Nak tengok apa effect dia. Selama ni gu asyik main superset je.

Superset yang biasa gua buat ni ringan-ringan. Minggu depan gua nak try superset yang berat-berat.

Trainning gua tadi.
  • Seated military dumbell press
  • front dumbell raise
  • Side lateral raise
  • Behind neck press
Chest workout:
  • Bench Press
  • Dumbell fly
Arm workout:
  • Alternate arm curl
  • tricep dumbell extension
  • bar reverse curl
Leg workout:
  • Leg curl
  • Squat
  • leg extension
Venue , gym rakyat KBS.
