Today workout - Chest


Latihan tengah hari tadi fokus pada chet workout.

Gua cuba ,main superset dan lebihkan sikit berat. So maknanya repeatition akan berkurang. Tapi selagi ade power gua hentam juga. Akibatnya, sekarang ni gua penat gila sambil mencungap. Apa lagi belasah mee goreng la. Petang gua turun gym lagi.

Ni trainning gua tadi:
  • Sit up superset
  • chin up
  • bar dip
  • bench press
  • inline bench press
  • Incline dumbell press
  • decline bench press
  • pull over
  • Sit machine fly
  • Sit up super set
