Fokus hari ni pada back.
Mulanya gua masuk gym pukul 5. Niat di hati nak main 3 part. Back, tricep dengan squat. Tapi gua cam tak larat. So sempat main back dan tricep.
Ni senarai trainning gua:
- sit up superset
- Chin up + Bar dip as warm up
- Wide-Grip Pull down 3style super set
- One arm dumbell row
- Dumbell bent over row
- Bent Over laterall raise
- Machine laterall raise
- barbell bent over row
- dead lift
