Jadual training hari ni.

  • Seated military press= 6 set
  • Behind the neck press= 6set
  • Incline Barbell bench press=6set
  • Bench Press= 6 set
  • Barbell Arm Curl= 6 set
  • Dumble arm curl= 6 set
  • Seated Barbell Extension= 6set
  • Tricep Push down= 6 set
  • Squat= 6 set
  • Leg Extension= 6 set
  • Leg Curl= 6 set
Warm up dan cooling down gua buat seat up super set style. Kesemua jenis workout yang gua buat hari ni menggunakan super set style. Lebih penat sikit. Setiap set gua akan buat sebanyak 20 reps.
