Today workout-Shoulder


Beb, penat gile hari ni. Wa cam tak larat. Tapi api semangat main gym gua menyala-nyala dalam hati. Gua gagahkan diri.

Gua puasa hari ni. Jangan disebabkan puasa gua tak main gym. Itu bukan gua. Puasa memberi kekuatan rohani. Malah memulihkan fizikal kita. See, kalau rohani lemah, takkan wa boleh habiskan superset program gua hari ni. Kecuali hangging leg row up la. Tak larat beb nak buat.

Dulu wa ada pesan lipo 6 kat gua. Dah sampai dah. Gua rasa cam tak nak guna lagi. Nak buat size lagi. Protein kat dalam locker wa tak luak lagi. Cam nak habiskan protein dulu la.
