Today workout-Shoulder


Bersukan hilang stress...

Betul beb. Kalau wa stress, rasa cam menjadi je workout wa. Gua pun tak tahu motivatenya nape gitu. Mungkin mase kite stress, darah jadi pekat kot. Pastu Tersekat-sekat je nak jalan. Boleh di katakan perjalanan darah tak lancar.

Yup, lately ni wa cam stress sikit. Dengan besi kat gym la wa lepaskan tekanan. Time rasanya wa mampu angkat berat-berat. May be sebab ade support dari emosi.

Sebab tu riadah adalah salah satu terapi yang baik.

Semalam wa train shoulder. Tapi tak dapat buat habis. Cuma sejam 10 minit je wa train semalam. Agaknya wa angkat lebih berat dari biasa kot.
