Today work out- back


Semalam gua dah pasal chin up punya bar dekat rumah gua. So, boleh la pagi-pagi kat rumah gua buat chin up.

Memang dah lama gua teringin nak buat benda tu. Kalau dulu gua suka gayut kat grill besi je, sekarang dah tak payah. Gua beli je chin up bar tu. Memang mahal. Tapi tak la sampai seratus. Kalau nak buat sendiri, memang tak berbaloi. Melainkan kalau guna bahan terbuang.

Hari ni trainning gua tertumpu pada back workout. Ni senarai trainningnya.
  • sit up superset
  • Chin up + Bar dip as warm up
  • Wide-Grip Pull down 3style super set
  • One arm dumbell row
  • Dumbell bent over row
  • Bent Over laterall raise
  • Machine laterall raise
  • barbell bent over row
  • dead lift
Petang gua train traik tali. Lebih kurang macam trainning back juga. Tapi dah lama tak tarik tali, tapak tangan ni rasa tak best pula.
