Hari ni guadah mula masuk jadual.
Setelah di amati dan di pikir-pikirkan, gua rasa cukup untuk 4 hari workout kat gym. Hari ni gua mulakan dengan chest workout. Rutin chest workout macam biasa. Masih menggunakan superset style dan diomond set. Tapi weigth gua ambil yang ringan la. Sebab baru nak mulakan.
Gua dah start makan lipo 6. Tapi yang biasa punya. Ok la gua rasa. Sebab kesan dia pun dapat respon positif dari pengguna yang dah try lipo ni. Gua rasa lebih kurang sama je dengan lipo6 x.
Ok ni set gua trainning tadi.

- Incline dumbell press
- decline bench press
- pull over
- Sit machine fly
- Sit up super set
